Every product page carries a size guide measured on the body, plus a fit note telling you whether the piece runs close or relaxed. If you are between sizes, email your bust, waist and hip measurements to care@crimsonluis.co.uk and we will tell you which to take — including when the honest answer is that neither will work.

• UK Standard: 3–5 working days, free over £250.
• UK Express: next working day when ordered before 13:00.
• Europe: 5–8 working days. Rest of world: 7–14 working days.
• Made-to-order pieces state their own lead time on the product page.

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods. We extend that to 30 days as a matter of house policy, and we pay for UK return postage. Made-to-measure pieces cut to your own measurements are excluded from the statutory right to cancel, but your rights if something is faulty are unaffected.

One alteration per piece is free within twelve months of purchase — hems, sleeves, waist suppression. Send it back with the form in your box and we will return it within ten working days. Later alterations are charged at cost.

Orders within the UK include VAT and there is nothing further to pay. Orders outside the UK may attract import duty and local taxes charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not collected by us.

The site is served over HTTPS. Card details are never handled or stored by Crimson Luis — payment is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider once your store is connected to one. See the privacy notice for how we handle the rest of your data.
